What is the minimum order value?

No we don’t any minimum order values as of now but we charge 25 Rupees for below 200 Rupees orders.

Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value below 200 Rupees we charge 25 Rupees for that.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section and you can Call or WhatsApp us to order status.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed an order, you can cancel and reorder it, with the required list, from the app, web or you can inform though Call or WhatsApp.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 24 hours.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on S Basket?

Yes, it is. All transactions on S Basket are completed via secure payment gateways (RAZOR PAY) which are PCI and DSS compliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

I’m trying to place an order today but it is getting scheduled for the next day. What can I do?

All order delivered as per our S Basket Delivery schedule, if you have any particular timing or anything you can inform us though Call or WhatsApp.

How can I make payments at S Basket?

S Basket accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, PayTM, PayU Money and Mobikwik Wallet. Cash on delivery (COD) and Google Pay, Phonepe Other UPI’s also.

How long do you take to initiate my refund?

For pre-paid/online transactions the refunds will be credited/rolled back to your original mode of payment, i.e. within 5-7 working days for debit/credit card payments and 24-48 hours for other wallets, Cash on Delivery within 24 Working hours.

Do you charge for delivery?

S Basket don’t charge above 200 rupees orders, we charge 25 rupees for below 200 rupees orders.

What are your delivery times?

As of now we delivery 4 from the order booking time Morning 8AM to Night 8PM, after 4PM Boked order will delivery next morning. 

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

S Basket provides easy and hassle-free cancellation. You can cancel your order via the app or web before it is dispatched to your home. This option is available under the “My Orders” tab, for gust check out customer inform us though Call or WhatsApp.

What If I want to return something?

If you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, Please inform use within days though Call or WhatsApp then we can change the product or initiate amount refund.

What if I have a complaint regarding my order?
